（軍聞社記者李忠軒臺北12日電）後備指揮部指揮官周皓瑜中將今日主持「106年青溪新文藝金環獎巡迴美展暨頒獎典禮」，除向得獎者及評審委員表達感謝外，並強調將持續推動各項藝文活動，帶動部隊藝文風氣，提升官兵人文素養，展現國軍的軟實力，共同強化全民國防意識。
典禮上午在國父紀念館翠亨藝廊舉行，周指揮官首先頒獎表揚今年度金環獎得獎人員，感謝他們對推動國軍藝文活動的付出。
周指揮官表示，「青溪新文藝金環獎」自民國66年創辦迄今，秉持傳承與創新的使命，培育無數藝文人才，並藉由頒獎典禮及作品展覽交流活動，將藝文力量擴散出去，凝聚後備幹部情感，發揮青溪藝文能量，推廣全民國防理念。
此次金環獎以「型塑國軍建軍備戰」及「彰顯國家文化建設」成果為主題，區分「國畫」、「書法」、「油畫」、「水彩」、「攝影」及「微電影劇本」等項目，內容多元豐富，展出日期自即日起至10月19日止，歡迎民眾前往參觀。

近日，有網友在PTT上PO文提問，「女友懷孕時，要求驗DNA會很過分嗎？」引起許多網友熱烈討論。隨後，一名網友回覆分享了朋友的真實案例，表示自己的朋友和男友交往第二年時不小心懷孕，卻因男友堅持要驗DNA，導致女方最後把小孩拿掉，然後驗DNA，並與男友分手，這件事成了男友一生的陰影。
該名網友表示，男生可能不會懂，女生有時候就是卡在一種「信任與誣衊的感覺」，對女生而言，驗了DNA「就是回不去了」。
網友透露，當時，女方和男友兩人皆已成年、有工作，但是在交往第2年時不小心懷孕，本來以為是喜事一樁，卻沒想到，男友認為女方後期比較冷淡，加上本身精蟲比較少，堅持要女方驗DNA。儘管女方為此傷心了很久，爭吵與解釋都沒用，男方還是堅持要驗，還說「大不了驗安心的」。
結果，女方在哭了一夜之後，決定把小孩拿掉，然後驗DNA，並跟男友提出分手。而最後驗DNA的結果，小孩也證實是男友的沒錯，但男友也因這次事件走不出墮胎陰影。
看完此則發文，網友紛紛留言表示，「本來感情就有問題才想驗的不是嗎？那何必勉強生下來」、「拿掉是好的，跟男方已經沒有感情，生下來也是悲劇」、「這種事情偷偷來就好，攤開來講就是傷感情」。但也有網友認為女方做法太激烈，表示「驗了真的有這麼嚴重嗎」、「為了賭氣殺了小孩，這種女生沒結也好」。
